Mission Week is only 9 days away and 145 people have signed up for this mission week experience.  If you signed up, you won’t want to miss Orientation, Sunday, July 11 at 6:15 PM in the Lakeside Building so you can find out all the details of serving in North Richmond during this week.

If you did not sign up, you can still be a part of this mission experience by donating any of the following:  10-12lb brisket, 2 cases of water or gift cards to Wal-Mart, McCoy’s or Lowe’s. We will take donations on Sunday, July 11.

On Sunday, June 13th the Rick Smith Home Team and other volunteers finished the exterior construction for the Jackson family in North Richmond. The Muhlhausen Home team completed the interior work in May giving Ms Jackson a handicap shower and new kitchen cabinets. Mr & Mrs Jackson could not be more grateful as they walked around to see the new face lift given to their home.

The Partain Home team along with several friends completed the needed construction for Ms Herron on June 12th as well. Ms Herron could not move into her home without bringing her plumbing, wiring and other items up to city code. She has officially moved in and is waiting for the Fort Bend Corp program where she will get a new roof and new appliances through their Energy Efficiency Program!
